The service was excellent from everyone except one staff member at the front desk during checkout who was a bit rude. The location was convenient for exploring different areas, but there were some noise issues with carts in the morning. The dining experience offered a good variety of options, although it could get crowded. The facilities were decent, but there were some service personnel with a poor attitude.

The location in San Pedro Garza Garcia, a safe area of Monterrey, was convenient and close to a large shopping mall. The dining experience in the restaurant was top-notch with a wide selection of delicious options.
